How to keep your roof maintenance under control during autumn/winter weather

Flat roofs naturally have less ability to disperse rainwater, as it does not naturally run off of a flat surface, especially if the roof has started to sag in places.
A cut to fall roof works by overlaying the existing roof with a watertight pitched layer, creating an angled top surface that controls rainwater run-off.
This can then be guided towards a particular gutter or drain, often laid along the centre of the roof rather than the edge, and the excess water is then drained away safely.
